The Hammock Hotel Fine Arts Museum - Ho Chi Minh City

The staff's warmth and the complimentary snacks created a cozy atmosphere. Being just minutes from the fine art museum and Ben Thanh market made exploring the city so easy.

Everything was great!

The rooftop terrace offers an excellent view. Free snacks, drinks, and a minibar round out the amenities, casual spot to hang out after exploring the city.

Noise from the nearby karaoke bar can be disruptive if your room is street side, as sound isolation leaves something to be desired. Some common areas could use more thorough cleaning. I noticed dust and dirt that might be overlooked during regular cleanings.

Good location, walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Most of the staff there are nice.

I cant believe this happened, but .... better be careful if you ask for an extra bed ... because mine fell as soon as I sat on it...

Location, staff friendliness and prices are ok

Rooms are outdated, bed extremely hard. Bathrooms don't have a shower, only a small bath with no option to hang the showerhead....you end up having a shower sitting. If you stay in HCMC, better take the hotel two houses next to Ruby River (the Signature Saigon hotel)...much newer, great rooms and bathroom, better breakfast and even a computer on the room for the same price as Ruby River

The location is fantastic, just steps from the arts museum and Ben Thanh market. The kids loved the cozy vibe of our room, especially the hammock! We enjoyed the free snacks available in the pantry on the 9th floor-super convenient for our family.

My kids wished for a bigger bathroom space, as it felt cramped for our family needs.

Hammock hotel fine arts museum was fantastic! The cozy double nest was just as shown in the pics, and the free snacks and drinks were such a treat. The breakfast was always different and tasty, with great options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the central alley and nearby sights.

The cleanliness and the hotel detail design

Quite far away from ben thanh market and to cross road road to the market is scary

Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and beverages, especially the free snack bar that included noodles and drinks. The location is a plus, being close to shopping areas and attractions. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and the electrical outlets in the room were not conveniently placed. The noise from the street outside was occasionally disturbing at night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is near to places of interest and shopping area. Especially the Ben Thant market, where there are various stalls that sells foods and souvenirs. Transport is easily available infront of the hotel and everywhere. Food is available at the hotel till 9pm. And the wifi is excellent. Convenient shops are around the hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit HCMC.

Very good facilities as indicated in the advertisement, very good location for a tourist, helpful staff, though the breakfast choices for a vegetarian were non-existent.
